Our summer challenge kicks off this October. If you are looking for small group personal training, The Fit Way is for you.

Join our Summer 6 Week Challenge kicking off Monday 14th of October! This is for new members and current members! Your goal is 3+ sessions per week for 6 weeks! We train outdoors at Skennars Head (Aureus), Shelly Beach, Goodstuff HQ Ballina and Southern Cross Public School (East Ballina). Classes include FIT Full Body, Mat Pilates and Boxing Circuit. Our classes run Monday to Saturday, view the timetable further down this page (below package pricing). See the timetable for all our baby/kid friendly classes marked with *.

Fitness benchmark testing will be run on Saturday 19th October and Saturday 23rd November 8.30am – 9.30am at Southern Cross Public School. These are optional but a great way to see your fitness level and strength increase over the challenge so I recommend booking these sessions in if you can. Train with us for a short time (six weeks) or stay on with us after the challenge on a membership or class pack.

Package 1 – $270: Book up to 3 classes per week over six weeks!

Package 2 – $300: Unlimited classes over six weeks!

Optional Add Ons:
The Fit Way Singlet, $40. Small, Medium, Large X-Large Sizing. Colours: Black, White, Storm Grey
Personal Training: If you are new to group fitness or feel like you would benefit from some 1-1 coaching before or during the challenge, please enquire about personal training sessions. Please see pricing on the Personal Training tab on the website.

Additional information about your fitness classes:

  • Book any class at any time, subject to availability. Classes can be pre-booked for the six weeks. Sessions are small group training so class spaces are limited so it is recommended to book your classes in at the start of the challenge or start of each week. Due to small group training we do have a 2 hour cancellation policy in place: full class charge applies if you cancel within 2 hours of the session start time.

  • Outdoor classes are moved undercover or to an indoor location in wet weather. 
  • All levels of fitness can join any of the sessions. If you have any exercise limitations or injuries please advise The Fit Way before commencing the exercise classes and get advice and guidance from a health care professional if required.
