Duration: 45 mins

Strength, conditioning, cardio and HIIT for a full body workout! An inclusive 45 minute outdoor fitness session with a diverse range of exercises. Programming is fun, varied and suited to all levels of fitness as you work at your own intensity and pace with plenty of exercise variations available.

Mat Pilates

Duration: 45 or 60 mins

Tone, strengthen and lengthen the entire body with an emphasis on core strength! A low impact session (this doesn’t mean not challenging) that uses control, precision, breath work and concentration. Mat pilates uses body weight for resistance. Pilates is based on the original exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.

Our morning classes are 45 minutes in duration, while the evening classes are 60 minutes.


Duration: 60 mins

Yoga with an emphasis on connecting breath and movement and creating a flowing movement from one pose to the next. Expect some strength work, balance work, and seated/lying down stretches. Meditation and breath work may be incorporated in to some sessions too. The aim of this class is to get you out of your head and into the body.

Boxing HIT

Duration: 45 mins

A fun, sweat inducing workout combining simple boxing combinations, cardio HIIT plus strength and conditioning exercises. Boxing is great for stress relief, improving coordination and to burn calories fast! No prior boxing experience needed. Bring your own gloves or borrow some from The Fit Way.

Baby / Kid Friendly Classes

Duration: 45 mins

Our 9.30am classes and Saturday morning 8.30am are our main baby/kid friendly sessions. However, you can bring your little ones to any of the FIT Full Body or Boxing HIIT classes. We aim to keep our Mat Pilates and Yoga as a quiet restorative sessions. Feel free to bring along blankets, toys, bikes and scooters to keep your little one happy and busy.
