2–2:40pm: Goal Setting & Motivation with Kirsty
Get clear on your ‘why’ and set goals that truly align with your lifestyle. With guided reflection, visualisation, and practical tools, you’ll walk away recharged and focused.
2:50–5pm: Women’s Health & Nutrition with Dr Chrissy Freer
Join nutritionist Dr Chrissy Freer for a practical, evidence-based seminar exploring what really matters when it comes to nutrition for women in midlife. In this 2-hour session, you will learn how to nourish and meet your body’s changing needs through simple, sustainable strategies. These include how to build a balanced plate for long-term weight management, what the research says about popular supplements like creatine, collagen and protein, and how to cut through the confusion around topical nutrition trends. We’ll also touch on how nutrition can support key changes during perimenopause. Perfect for any woman looking for evidence-based guidance (no fad diets here), and practical and achievable tools you can use to support your nutrition and health.

Mat Pilates & Stretch
Wednesday 06 August, 5:15–6:15pm
Traditional Mat Pilates class with a focus on engaging the core, glutes and back muscles. We will also incorporate stretching exercises to enhance flexibility and range of motion in addition to finishing the session with a deep full body stretch.
Meditation & Breathwork
Wednesday 13 August, 5:15–6:30pm
This gentle, grounding session is designed to help you unwind, reset, and take a pause from the chaos of our daily lives. Through simple breathwork and guided meditation, expect a quiet mind, a calmer nervous system and space to just slow down and rest.
Hip Mobility
Wednesday 27 August, 5:15–6:30pm
An extended mobility session dedicated to unlocking tension and creating space in the hips. Through a blend of slow, controlled movement, deep stretching and mindful breathing, work on improving functional hip mobility by increasing strength, control and range of motion.
Yoga Nidra
Wednesday 10 September, 5:15–6:30pm
Rest and relax with this nourishing yoga session, incorporating long, deep, passive stretching and Yoga Nidra, the practice of ‘yogic sleep’, where you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation. Ideal for anyone needing a reset – physically or mentally.
Saturday 20 September, 5pm – Lennox Head
Celebrate your wins over dinner and drinks with the crew.
Train outdoors across Skennars Head, Shelly Beach and Southern Cross Public School and indoors at Goodstuff HQ Ballina and Wigmore Hall.
Classes include FIT Full Body, Mat Pilates, Mobility and Boxing Circuit.

Additional information about your fitness classes: Book any class at any time, subject to availability. Classes can be pre-booked for the eight weeks. Sessions are small group training so class spaces are limited so it is recommended to book your classes in at the start of each week. Due to small group training we do have a 2 hour cancellation policy in place.
