FIT FULL BODY

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Strength, conditioning, cardio and HIIT for a full body workout! An inclusive 45 minute outdoor fitness session with a diverse range of exercises. Programming is fun, varied and suited to all levels of fitness as you work at your own intensity and pace with plenty of exercise variations available.

Mat Pilates

Class Duration: 45 mintues

Tone, strengthen and lengthen the entire body with an emphasis on core strength! A low impact session (this doesn’t mean not challenging) that uses control, precision, breath work and concentration. Mat pilates uses body weight for resistance. Pilates is based on the original exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.

Mobility

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Mobility classes take you through various dynamic stretching exercises, working with different parts of the body to improve range of motion, enhance flexibility and increase strength. By consistently focusing on mobility, we can improve our posture, reduce tightness, prevent injury, relieve stress and generally feel better in how we move through our everyday life. Everyone is welcome, no matter your experience or level of flexibility and you are always encouraged to work within your own range of motion.

Boxing HIIT

Class Duration: 45 minutes

A fun, sweat inducing workout combining simple boxing combinations, cardio HIIT plus strength and conditioning exercises. Boxing is great for stress relief, improving coordination and to burn calories fast! No prior boxing experience needed. Bring your own gloves or borrow some from The Fit Way.

Baby / Kid Friendly Classes

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Our 9.30am classes and Saturday morning 8.30am are our main baby/kid friendly sessions. However, you can bring your little ones to any of the FIT Full Body or Boxing HIIT classes. We aim to keep our Mat Pilates as quiet restorative sessions. Feel free to bring along blankets, toys, bikes and scooters to keep your little one happy and busy.
