The Summer Challenge includes:
Your small group personal training sessions – 2, 3 or unlimited sessions per week
Nutrition Seminar with Dr. Chrissy Freer on Saturday 14th February 1.30pm-3.00pm, Wigmore Hall, 26 Swift St Ballina
Benchmark fitness testing and workouts:
– Ballina: Saturday 14th February and Saturday 28th March, 8.30am at Southern Cross Primary School, East Ballina
– Bangalow: Monday 16th February and Friday 27th March, 6.15am and 7am, Moller Pavilion balcony
– Alstonville: Tuesday 17th February and Friday 27th March, 6am at Geoff Watt Oval
Classes
Group personal training sessions in Lennox Head, Shelly Beach, Ballina, Alstonville & Bangalow. Our Alstonville and Bangalow classes are for both women & men. Our Ballina and Lennox classes are women’s only sessions. Any class, location & time. Our FIT Full Body classes focus on strength and conditioning. Classes are varied and exercise modifications are offered at each session to accomodate for different levels of fitness.

Unlimited Classes Package: $362 or $52 p/w + $50 Nutrition Seminar
3-class per week $350 or $50 p/w + $50 Nutrition Seminar
2-classes per week $284 or $39 p/w + $50 Nutrition Seminar
Nutrition Seminar with Dr. Chrissy Freer
Chrissy Freer is a highly experienced registered nutritionist (RNutr), researcher, health author and recipe creator with over 20 years in the industry. Committed to evidence-based, science-driven practices, she firmly believes in empowering women through accurate, practical nutrition, no fad diets or misinformation here.
Chrissy’s passion for healthy eating and good food, lead her to study a bachelor’s and master’s degree and later complete a PhD at Deakin University, all in nutrition. In addition to her academic work, Chrissy is a respected contributor to numerous magazines and books, a recipe developer, and the author of four nutrition-based cookbooks published by Murdoch Books.

Additional information about your fitness classes: Book any class at any time, subject to availability. Classes can be pre-booked for the six weeks. Sessions are small group training so class spaces are limited so it is recommended to book your classes in at the start of each week. Due to small group training we do have a 2 hour cancellation policy in place.
